Rising up surrounded by pine trees on the Gibralfaro mountain, the Parador Gibralfaro Hotel is housed in a traditional stone building next to the Gibralfaro Castle. The large guestrooms are nicely decorated and furnished with en suite bathrooms and boast unique views over the Bay and the city of Málaga. With it magnificent display of Andalusian gastronomy, highly influenced by Moorish culture, the restaurant offers, among other dishes, 'fritura de pescaítos a la malagueña' (small fried fish Malaga-style). The hotel also has a roof-top swimming pool.
